Ingredients
1 package chicken flavored instant rice
½ lb chopped chicken breast
¼ lb of sausage of your choice
¼ lb of cleaned uncooked shrimp
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 diced medium green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 chopped medium tomato
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
⅛ Teaspoon hot pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
-Prepare the rice mix according to the instructions on the package
-In a separate skillet, cook the chicken and sausage for 5 minutes
-Add the garlic, green pepper, onion and stir until the meat and vegetables are fully cooked
-Add the tomato, seasonings, hot pepper and shrimp and stir until the shrimp is cooked
-Serve with the prepared rice
