It’s just that good. There’s no right or wrong time of the day to drink this smoothie; you can have it as part of a healthful breakfast, for lunch on the go, or as a quick snack before bed.
- 1 Banana
- ½ Papaya
- Small handful of raw walnuts
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Oats
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. Soy-milk or other Non-dairy milk
- Handful of ice
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until it’s smooth.
- Add more ice or milk as is needed
- Pour into glass and serve immediately.
