Refreshing Papaya Smoothie


I know you’ll love this smoothie. It’s one of my personal favourites. I have so much confidence in this smoothie that if you bought it from me, I’d slap a money back guarantee label onto it. It’s just that good. There’s no right or wrong time of the day to drink this smoothie; you can have it as part of a healthful breakfast, for lunch on the go, or as a quick snack before bed.


  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Papaya
  • Small handful of raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Oats
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Soy-milk or other Non-dairy milk
  • Handful of ice


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until it’s smooth.
  2. Add more ice or milk as is needed
  3. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
