Simple Lunch Wrap


Often times there’s not enough time in the day cook a full course meal and a lighter option is usually more convenient. A simple alternative to the old fashioned sandwich is the “wrap”. A wrap is simply a flour or wheat tortilla with a variety of ingredients all wrapped into one. This recipe is for a simple turkey and cheese wrap and the ingredients needed are…


1 10 inch flour/wheat tortilla
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
3 slices tomato
2 rings onion
2 leaves lettuce
2 slices cheddar cheese
3 slices of turkey
1 small bag potato chips


-Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla

-Top the mayonnaise with lettuce leaves

-Place the turkey slices on top of the lettuce

-Place the onion and tomato over the turkey slices

-Roll the tortilla into a wrap

-Cut the wrap in half

-Secure with toothpicks

-Serve with a small bag of potato chips
